During part of my undergraduate time(2013-2015), I was making a startup with friends from our robotic club, and beside of the main projects we employed in the company, there were some other products we designed.
One of my ideas is the small rescue robot. The idea come from the news that in 2013 there were many disasters happened in China and lots of people died during the disasters. Even after those accidents happened, many victims and rescuers injured and died because that when rescuers searching for people in some dangerous structures, their weight may result in secondary damage. And based on the mechanical arm we already developed, I post the idea to combine multi-feet robots and the arm to be a rescue robot to substitute the rescuers.
